My nightmare!!!
How I wish I never bothered applying for this loan!!!
Lloyds TSB are the biggest bunch of arseholes I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
I tried 3 times to get some breathing space and ask them to lower my loan payments as I was struggling with the payments (mind you this was the actual bank I was dealing with) but was told no on 2 occasions and given hardly any help whatsoever on the 3rd occasion.
After going on a debt management plan since Lloyds TSB couldn't help me (or rather couldn't be bothered) this bunch of twats decided to keep harassing me as they weren't getting what they wanted. They did give me 2 or 3 offers of help but these weren't even worth the paper they were printed on. It has got so bad that its started to give me health problems. I have now lodged 2 complaints with the ombudsman due to Lloyds TSBs lack of help with the loan and missold PPI. I just hope this will end soon and this incompetent company will be exposed as the worst money-grabbing, unhelpful pieces of crap that they are!!!
I feel sorry for the HBOS customers, they'll be ruled by this awful company soon - PLEASE GET OUT NOW WHILE YOU CAN!!!!
Summary: Never use this company for financial transactions in any way shape or form
