I, Cookie36, have removed this, my opinion.

Therefore it can no longer be rated unless you actually want to rate these few words of explanation. I have decided to do this for personal reasons and am hoping that dooyoo will delete this account.

I feel I can no longer be part of dooyoo as I feel there is too much wrong with it and there are a lot of things happening here that shouldn't.

However for those that still enjoy the 'experience', then...

Happy Dooyooing!

I am really against getting into debt with loans, as being in debt can make your life very miserable. My policy is definitely - only buy stuff that you can afford and don't overstretch yourself with loans and higher purchases.

I've been offered a £15,000 loan and have been told I am already excepted. I couldn't possibly afford the repayments, what's going on, your right, they seem to want to get you into very serious debt.

If you're having trouble getting a loan/credit card, the logical thing to do would be to try more companies. However, please resist the temptation to be ultra-efficient, sending off lots of applications simultaneously. Every application will leave a "footprint" in Equifax or Experian's databases. Each footprint has the effect of lowering your credit rating ever so slightly.

On a lighter note:
One of the projects I have worked on as a software developer is to implement some credit rating software. An overly enthusiastic member of the team bombarded the new system repeatedly whilst volume testing it. He used his own credit details, but undortunately, he also used the live system.
As a result, he left multiple footprints all over the databases. It took several months of this highly paid and responsible young man being rejected for all kinds of credit before he realised what had happened. :oD
