Royal Bank of Scotland Reviews

I have been trying to open an account with RBS and they had problem with name change documents, being inefficient, loosing documents, forgetting to say I need to bring another documents and making to visit the branch again and again. The whole process took about 3 months with no outcome so far.

Royal Bank of Scotland - Advantages: Difficult to comment, My branch were generally helpful - Disadvantages: Poor attention to Detail, Internet set that allows five minute slot unless kept active, Service does not mean service

As an RBS customer they were the first place I went for a loan. They have a really easy site it is full interactive and they give you an in principal decision there and then.
