Advantages: Money you can put too work

Disadvantages: Probably still not enough to cover you while at uni.

Well not really. But, I graduated three years ago and since then been earning a reasonable living. Have I paid off my loan yet. NO! of course not. Why pay back quickly what is probably the best loan you will ever get. Take my advice, pay off the minimum and make the spare money do some work.

Take a look at the interest you will be paying back and compare it to some of the loan offers you see in the back of magazines and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to work it out!
