I brought a car and kept it for almost 2 years when i decided to give it back under my agreement which said,Quote. if you have paid this amount of the agreement you can give back the car provided it is good order and you will not owe any more.
This I did. When I arranged to take the car back I had to make an appointment which I did. The salesman looked round the car and said that it was in very good condision and in two years only done just over 3,000 miles (Good uh). I showed the man my agreement and checked with him that there was not more to pay as I was giving it back due to finacial reasons, and he assured me that that was it. so happy as a bumble bee in a sunflower off i went. 18 months later no less i recive a letter from a company asking me for over #4.000 and whats all this about i asked myself. So I gave them a call and it turns out that its for the extra insurance (that was optional) (not) so I decided not to pay and still not going to pay as I only owed about 3,500 for the car I would have been better off keeping the car. So the point i am making is if i knew that iI would still have to pay over 4,000 iI would have kept the car would I not,, let me think Hmm yeah i would keep the car. I could go on all night but frankly its making me really annoyed just writing about it. So please do not go there. They lie.
