	Dentists ... have a love/hate relationship with my dentist. I m not one of those people that dread going to the dentist or get really nervous before I sit in the chair but I do get very uptight about handing over the bill at the end. Why on earth does it have to be so expensive? I happen to have good teeth so I walk in, sit down for two minutes, get given the all clear and then get charged £40 for the privilege! Thanks! 	GPs ... hear so many people moaning about their GP or the NHS system in general and whilst there are major flaws in the way things are run, I am extremely impressed with the way I have been treated up until now. I am one of those people that tend to book my appointments on the day that I need one and I ve never had a problem with this; I ring and they fit me in without having to be pushy. I am also one of those people that am not bothered about which Doctor I see; as long as I am seeing a doctor then I don t mind. I have never been badly treated by any of the doctors that I have seen and I have never felt that they didn t have the time to listen to what I have had to say even... 	Post Office Recorded Signed For Delivery Service ... delivery is one of the Royal Mail s best services. It means you get signed confirmation of delivery for what you are posting, and it costs just 69p. The best thing about this service is the way it has a flat rate charge. No matter what your item sends to post, it will always be another 69p to send it recorded, and that is a pretty cool service. I really recommend this service for any time you are posting something from ebay sales, as it is accepted by paypal as proof of delivery, and can save you a fortune if your buyer decides to claim their item never arrived.
