Very poor fitters. No customer service. No real aftercare. GO LOCAL. (Anglian)

Had my doors and windows replaced in 2004 on my Victorian terrace 2up2down = £4000. Quotes from local company and Anglian similar so price OK. Went with Anglian as they could do a wider patio door and reccomendation from my sister who had a good (and cheaper job) on 3 bed detatched house. Rep more pushy "doing me a favour mate" than local guys. Fitters turned up in non Anglian uniform - they were laid off (sacked?) from another local company and were subbing for Anglian BIG CLUE.

Job was very rushed, poor quality fitting, drafts over the back door and frames look forced into place, as some curves/warps. Did not fit all specs costed ie Door knocker, wood base trim etc. Window trims scratched. Very poor. No repsonse from head office other than a guy who turned up to "seal" the back door with silicone on the frame.

Go local - Dont buy Anglian whatever the deal you think you have it isnt a good one. (and they keep calling you to sell more product) but never come back to repair.

Summary: Do not buy Anglian. (in my opinion)
