With regards to my Anglian consevatory I would like to pass on the following comments,
a) Intial sale good but the salesman took 4 hrs with the usual phone the manager after you offer what you are prepared to pay
b) You will have various fitting teams for the different stages of the installation good or bad no one from Anglian will check what they do so if your not sure of whats done get in your own surveyor at the various stages(wish I did)
c) After sales and dealing with Norwich head office is very frustrating and they hardly ever contact you its always you who will be doing the phoning
d) I am still waiting for the leak in my roof to be repaired but I only reported it in January.
e) Does anyone have the Managing directors e-mail adress ?

We are currently embroiled in an absolute nightmare dispute with this totally incompetent, cowboy outfit regarding our conservatory order. (Review to follow as and when we ever get a conclusion!)
However , I do have the MD's e-mail address and if you can figure out a way to contact me via this site (only registered today so don't know my way round here yet!) I'll gladly let you have it!

Sounds like the usual home improvement fiasco! We used an outfit called Davies & Tate to build ours - one of the biggest conservatory builders in the south east. The whole project was a living nightmare, all the basework they sub-contracted to a complete cowboy outfit, the doors didn't open properly (the plans drawn up by the surveyor were incorrect)and it leaked. Took me months to get them back to fixit - having threatened to take them to court! Sounds like you didcomparitively well with Anglain to me! Richard.
