SALES REPS! Aggressive and rude! (Anglian)

Disadvantages: Rude, aggressive. Wanted him out of our house ASAP

We called Anglian to quote us on a new set of French doors. The sales rep was rude from the begining ignoring what we had to say, and then suddenly came out with an extremely high quote with out even showing us any products or images of what he wanted us to sign up for! He didn't even measure doors correctly. When my partner said that we would have to think about it and shop around, the sales rep became extremely aggressive and told us we had wasted his time and petrol and he didnt see the point of even talking to us! Then he stormed out of our house without a goodbye or an apology. Great customer service, i don't think. Were we supposed to sign on the dotted line and spend a stupid amount of money for a product we hadn't seen? Wasn't his visit a free quote with no strings attached... how did he expect us to react. I think Anglian should send their sales reps to customer service training. Don't invite one of these monsters into your home.
