Advantages: Great product, great job, ten-year guarantee

Disadvantages: Not the cheapest but worth it

Guess a company with a million customers plus is bound to have a few problem ones and it seems that those are the ones that get onto the net most so here is my happier experience. I had all my windows (14!) replaced by Anglian recently. The rep was great and explained everything I wanted to know, gave a fair though not cheap quote but it was well worth it. The guys who came to fit were on time, polite, cleared up after themselves so that I could hardly see where they had been and got the whole job done in a day! I was expecting to have to re-decorate every room but, short of some very minor touching up there is nothing to do. The difference the windows have made to the house is incredible! It's quieter, lovely and warm and the quality of the windows is superb - well worth an extra few bob for such a great job and quality products. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone - and the guarantee is likely to be worth more than the paper it is printed on which is more tham could be said for others who I got quotes from.
