We had a quote from Anglian the sales man was extremely pushy, when we told him we could not agree to sale there and then as we were having another quote, he tried to get us to cancel the other firm and said "What do I did to do to get you to sign up?". He would not take no for an answer, and then kept phoning back, even when the other sales person was here.
We went with the other company and then received two further nasty phone calls from the Anglian rep. Telling me that I didn't know anything about windows and that I was basically an idiot. I told him that some of the pictures in the Anglian brochure show poor fitting (pg 9,23,26,35) look at the corners, he went mad, I hung up he rang back, complain to head office which resulted in more a call from the area manager who was only interested in what I was told about the locks and the quality of the product rather than the harassment I was receiving!

In my view AVOID AVOID AVOID.
