Anglian does not know the meaning of integrity (Anglian)

Advantages: rooftrim products are excellent

Disadvantages: service on window and door products is atrocious

Anglian supplied their rooftrim product. It's excellent. At the same time they also supplied a front door and a window for my bathroom. The glass in my bathroom window is NOT private. My neighbours have told me so; my neighbours!!! The glass in my front door is temporary; the one they supplied does not look anything like the illustration in their brochure. Their staff and fitters agree. This was over 12 months ago. They were getting samples of possible replacements for me from Norwich, but this was 4 months ago and I have heard nothing. I make all the phone calls; I write all the letters. They don't communicate with me. They think I will go away. Trading Standards is now mediating. They say one thing on the phone and the opposite in their letters. The windows side of the company does not know the meaning of the word integrity and certainly does not operate by it. Next time I will use Everest! (I had to give them a star; I couldn't complete this without a star; and they don't deserve even one!!)

Summary: if you can afford Anglian, you can afford Everest; and they're better
