no service you get MESS for your MONEY beware (Anglian)

Would never use anglian again ! I am partly to blame for this mess and stress for what i paid even after reading reviews on this site. there is no such thing as communication and you are never confident of what you are going to get. you are passed on from marketing guy who thinks he is doing favour, to surveyor who just ticks some boxes to seal your fate, then to depot then to customer services and then to sort out any issues you have. i was promissed a date which was missed, time waste, designs were messed up, simply for couple of windows...Not a big job ! after all this job was not installed in one day so had to take few more days off, guys made a mistake in design and before checking removed exising windows.... which they tried to sell me by asking if i get discount will i accept it, after refusal they said next week this window will be replaced, again no news, dampness was building up as they sealed existing window completely caz they had removed the wood and chucked it...which were installed after about 6 weeks. then i was promissed someone would call me in 3 weeks but no one called ... finally i have given up ... decided to go back to all the websites where i read reviews and will do the good work now... so that no other person goes through this, there is no way you can reach anyone helpful there...its been 4 months and i thought someone would call back to give me update but no one has and hence finally decided to write a review ... not at all happy with service i got !!! in this day and age of credit crunch you would expect for better services from such companies to retain business but its a shame that anglian cant .. not even trying for it.... instead go someone local and cheaper, looking at their services 10 years no questions gurantee really means nothing , you cant win you can only loose money and peace of mind ....

Summary: disappointed completely , cant give zero rating hence 1 star
