Blackburn Library is not your average library any more its become more like a little hell house! The library has been taken over by local students from the college who come to mess about! I have seen people here smoking inside, rolling up tobacco and some of them even throwing the books in the library. Staff have not done much to sort the matter out either. The other problem inside the library is the machines do not work. The coffee machine loves taking your pounds but your Hot Chocolate never comes out!
