I had my windows fitted back in 1998 since then I have had problems with doors not shutting window's jammed and gaps between the windows.

Very soon after we had our windows installed we requested our 10 guarantee but we were then told the company had gone into liquidation?????

How could this be??? I still hear and see advertisement for Bryco???
After endless telephone conversations with Bryco they say 'yes we are a different company they has brought the Bryco name and trade under Bryco but we are not the same company as the company that installed your windows back in 1998 - they have apparently gone into liquidation.....HOW CONVIENIENT…

So now I am left with a loose hanging door, jammed windows that cannot be opened and gaps between my windows, which allow for draft….

I cannot emphasize this enough, please do not use Bryco windows
