Having require double glazing done to the whole house i thought i had found the best deal around from bryco, you hear the ads everywhere, what a mistake !!

I must admit after reading some of your comments here i kind of felt lucky, same old story with them not turning up on the expected date until threaten with legal action, and the quality of workmanship appears reasonable until upon close inspection, are you suppose to get draughts throught double glassing ? also there were a few other defects, but hey !! u get what you paid for right ?

Anyway , cut a long story short, i had so much problems with them to rectify the mistakes in the end i gave up.

A few months later i had a call from thier "sales" team, wanting to sell me more windows and doors, upon asking whatever happened to the so call "gaurantee" on my existing windows and doors i was told that they are under new management or something like that, i frankly told him i have got a double glazed door from them, that had a large draught coming throught and might not open if there was a fire, and the rest of the other windows all the seals are falling off, would you use the same company to do anymore work? He knew it was a lost cause and hung up.

Can anyone tell me how many times this company have been under new management or resold and then back trading again ? or are they just saying that to flog us off ?
