Advantages: a word of advice to anyone having major building work from my experiences

Disadvantages: may scare off some builders

Buyer beware. I had a major extension build on my land last year. But I wish I had learnt more about the builders who were Aspect Construction in London. There have been so many problems and they have made statements which are not true but unless you get it in writing forget it. Some builders however are reputable and even if it is not in writing they will correct there work if errors are found. I would not recommend Aspect to anyone they actually give cowbays a bad name. I hope none of you have the same experience.
