My experience with division 5 builders was a terrible one. They did not honour the terms of the contract, demanded half the cash up front and walked away after doing 20% of the job and ripped us off in the process. The boss of the company refuses to take phone calls and is very rude and aggressive if you do evr speak to him. I would recommend anyone avoids these cowboys at all costs, they are a joke.
