I have read some opinions in this area already and they tackle good and bad experiences with childcare and whether you should leave your children or not.
I'll add another twist.
When I'm not surfing the net I'm a Senior Development Officer. It is my job to promote the childcare field and improve the quality of that childcare.
You may or may not of heard of the National Childcare Strategy but part of it is to recruit more childcarers, you may of seen some stupid adverts.
If you have ever fancied childminding nows the time. If you are interested in being a childminder approach your local Early Years Partnership (ring the council headquarters or surf over to: www.childcarelink.org.uk or tel: 08000 96 02 96

- 24/08/00 I visited this website and it was really not of any use to me at all. When I pulled up my area it had no information at all. Also I couldnt see any advice on becoming a childminder. I have been looking into this lately, so I would appreciate it if you could email me and, and let me know more.
