I normally see another Dentist ,up until this time i have had no problems at this practice.Mr Shane Patel injected my gums to numb me up(i have never needed to be numb for this procedure before).I only went numb AFTER the cleaning/polishing so i was really distracted and couldn't check his work.The teeth cleaning/polishing was incomplete , poorly done e.g. he only cleaned 2 of my teeth on the inside of my mouth. When you PAY for a private cleaning poilshing you CLEAN AND POLISH ALL THE TEETH ON ALL SIDES FRONT ,BACK,TOP.All throughout the procedure he pressured me to buy his dental products-of course for my 'best interest'.I waited half an hour for a 'less than 5 minute cleaning; and paid 66 pounds,for incompetence,negligence,and a sales pitch from a inexperienced child.Avoid the Dentist - MR. S PATEL -at all cost ,unless you want to be taken for a fool.

Summary: dont be ripped off by Dentist Mr S Patel go to another dentist
