I have used Insulating Windows Ltd, based in Hemel Hempstead, to build a conservatory in my last house and to replace all windows and doors in my new house.

After discussing my requirements and showing pictures and samples of the product, together with a list of local installations, the salesman carefully measure all the openings.

The price was established by reference to a price list, in full view, and current discounts applied.

No attempt at a credit deal was made as I wished to settle by cash.

The surveyor checked all the measurements and made appropriate adjustments and checking for access and items that would need to be moved to avoid damage.

The work commenced and was completed when I was advised and minor adjustments were made with my approval.

The manufacture of the units is excellent, as was the care shown in the installation.

A very painless experience.

Summary: No hard sell, good product and installation, reasonable price.
