Stealing going on with staff at Staybrite (Double Glazing in General)

Zenith Staybrite Windows -Where can I start, My lad started workign for them approx 4 months ago and what trouble I have had ever since, A few weeks ago he stole 2 mobile phones from my own home, from his own family, having never in 17 + yrs had any troble with him I was both shocked and upset I did call the police and we mangaed to get both back, the stealing was brought into the office he works and him and another lad sold one phone to a cash type convertors shop (he had to buy it back) my nieces phone was with his BOSS who he DIDN'T sell it too but who KNEW it was *dodgy* apparently phones were being swopped and sold left right and centre, now also my lad pays money towards the mini bus they use to go door knocking! the police were involved and had the boss not brought my nieces phone back into work 4 of them were going to be arrested and the Bristol branch investigated..please be aware who comes knocking on your door and I wouldn't recommend letting them in. Having just come off the phone to the head office I asked them to sack my son - no reason apparently - probably because he can earn them enough money - I personnaly feel he is bringing stolen property into the work place surely this is reason enough???? Not the case I am told! Because he is stealing from my house it is my problem, granted I agree but would you want a person stealing and selling with 2 others and a boss knowing in your work place!
