Advantages: THERE ARE NO ADVANTAGES

Disadvantages: HAVE A FEW WEEKS ANNUAL LEAVE FREE AS YOU WILL NEED THIS

Please avoid UPVC door company Bilston Glen(midlothian). I have now taken endless days off from work and still my door is not fixed. The office staff are full of lies and very aggressive if you have a complaint. They dont listen to the poor guys who come to assess and just play with you on the hope you just walk away. we have asked on several occassions to speak to the manager and never have been ALLOWED. They dont even let you speak and just speak over you then put the phone down. I have contacted watch dog and hoping they take this case on. whatever happens and whatever it costs we are taking this to civil court along with contacting all the local papers to give them the true story of this company.

The only reason i have gave this comapny one star is that the review wont let you put no star in but they are no where near one star.

Summary: WORST SERVICE EVER. NOTHING NICE TO SAY ABOUT THE COMPANY. AWFUL.

Hi I read your article with interest..I too have had bad dealings with this company..i'e, their fitter just not turning up after I called on the day to confirm the installation would be done, to be ASSURED my back door was "on the van". trying to speak with a manager is pointless, they just wont take calls, then if you tell them to cancel, they send out a "Breach of contract" letter, form their Installations Manager..Mr Paul Hogarth...after trying unsuccessfully to get him to speak with me on the phone, I then got a "Court proceedings" letter, because I told them I wasnt prepaired to take anymore time of work, and they could either fit the door in the evening, or on a Sunday..

I have since found out that..the Managing Director Mr James McGill, and the installations manager Mr Paul Hogarth, are one and the same person..

Makes you wonder why the managing director needs to have an alias name, makes this company sound really shoddy..!

Appa rently they dont take on board disgruntled customers, refusing to deal with them either in person or on the phone, instead Mr McGill aka Paul Hogarth, tells them to just send out breach of contract letters..

AVOI D THIS COMPANY, and tell all your friends to avoid it too..
