THE QUICK GROUP We got windows from THE QUICK GROUP and wish we hadn't. On complaing about a whisteling noise and draughts, we were told to take the matter up with the fitter as it had nothing to do with THE QUICK GROUP. On contacting the fitter, who is supplied and arranged by THE QUICK GROUP, we were told he no longer worked for them as they did not supply him with enough sealants and foam etc to do the jobs properly. So what does that say about how our windows were fitted?

To cut a long story short, we had to involve trading standards. They have been great and are making sure THE QUICK GROUP are comming back to fix the windows. They however are not living up to their name as it was almost a year ago the windows were fitted and the problem has yet to be resolved.

A word of warning.----- The abuse, cheek and threats we recieved from The QUICK GROUP during phone calls to them was unbeleivable, all this because they did not do the right thing in the first place and we had to take it further to make sure they did.
