Disadvantages: where do I start?

Hardmans fitted our windows and front patio doors 9 months ago, we have contacted them numerous times regarding problems since fitting, they refuse to talk to us. We have tried to complain via Network Veka total waste of time - they stick together.

We are not a difficult family to deal with Hardmans have basically taken our money and washed their hands of us.

We asked for restrictors to be fitted to our 3 year old daughters bedroom which they didn't do, they have promised to do this but don't seem to have any intention of doing so - their promises arn't worth the paper they are written on! In order to open our daughter's bedroom window we have to stand on the window ledge and reach up and pull the latch. Hardly H&S compliant.

Totally disgusted with Hardmans/Network Veka.

Summary: get every item listed in the contract or they will promise the earth and deliver nothing
