My wife has had first hand experience of this company as she had the misfortune to be employed by them. The office conditions are the only thing worse than the companies doors, the main office consists of nothing more than a box half the size of a portacabin with up to 7 people crammed in with all the dis-organised paperwork, out of date computers and with the squalid conditions the possibility of rats would not surprise me. The staff are treated just as bad as the customers as they are made to work 8 hours a day without a break. The company has no loyalty to thier staff as my wife was told that in 20 mins she would be unemployed. The boss is more concerned about showing off his Ferrari than actually running a decent business. The best example of thier money grubbing is the cheap ba****ds expect the office staff to clean the dirty toilets as they won't or ( cos thier company is s**t and losing money hand over fist ) can't get a cleaner in. DO NOT buy a door from this company as they are un-professional establishement a member of my family has had the mis-fortune to have stepped foot in.
PS. if you really must buy a door from this shower of s**ts only pay by cheque and cancel it as soon as the engineer leaves so you still have some come back and don't get a torent of abuse for not paying as the fitters can get very agrressive. And another thing make sure you have the right keys to your door and it opens before the fitter dissapears forever as the fire brigade are mighty tired of rescueing people from thier house due to faulty doors.
