Ordered front and back door from UPVC Door company. Start running now. When they were fitted unhappy with so contacted customer service who fobbed me off until the cheque cashed and then fought for the doors to be fixed. Even had one of their joinrs admit on writing it was a mess. Had managing director come out and did not admit to the responsiblity for the damaged roughcasting and the surrounding masonry. He even tried to use the intimidating tactics by stating that he was married to a solicitor and it could drag through courts. We stood our ground as we had the advice of consumer advive who were with us all the way. They paid for independent advisor to do a report and went in our favour as the glass was reversed and fitting atrocious. Then they informed that the advisor did not know his own job. We eventually got ne door but the stress and hassle to get it was not worth it . I advise anyone to stay away from UPVC Door company and you only get what you pay for so pay a bit extra and get professionals to fit your doors as these will take your money and run. I wish I had read the reviews first. Customer service attitude changes when reporting a fault. Advice: log everything read small print, take photos of faults and contact consumer advice otherwise do not use. The star rating I feel they do not warrent a star and to submit this review I have to give them one.
