Quick Group fast get away (Double Glazing in General)

I unfortunately purchased windows and doors from the Quick Group and within weeks of the installation the doors and windows were leaking and draughty. After getting in touch with the company they sent out an engineer (a term I use loosely) who came out and fixed the problems or so I thought. To cut a long story short after numerious visits from the engineer, who has drilled holes in the frames and battered the windows. I am still left with a leaking window and draughts that howl through the windows in the winter. On speaking to Mr Black both myself and my husband have been told in a very aggressive manner that the year guarantee is up, although these problems are pre-existing, and that we need to pay a £65 call-out charge and any repairs. Needless to say we have declined Mr Blacks offer. We are however in contact with Trading Standards.
I would implore anyone even considering dealing with this company to give it a body swerve as their Customer Services are non-existent. Mr Blacks attitude is very aggressive to say the least. If however you have had dealings with them please contact trading standards and stand up to these bullies.
