This week we had four windows and a front door fitted by Framemaker trade outlet ltd and we are very pleased with the service we have received from this company. I had read the commments on this site just after i had booked their service and was a little concerned regarding some of the comments, however they had been personally recommended to me and so I was happy for them to put our windows in. I actually told them regardiing the comments on here and how different it had been from my experience.

The rep turned up on time, gave us a quote that was confirmed in writing. When I confirmed my booking, he returned on time to measure up the windows.

The appointment date of the fitting was confirmed by letter and the fitters turned up on the correct day and time advised.

They worked very hard, didnt disappear for their dinner and did a excellent, clean job, were very polite and proffessional.

The manufactor had sent the wrong size door panel for my front door, this was put right the day after by the time that was agreed. We are very happy with the service from start to finish.

I had this company recommended to me and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reasonable priced job, followed up by a professional service.

The company is a registered company with certass(you can check it online) and i expect my certificate within the next few weeks.

I felt it was necessary to write this review as i was the person who was responsible for telling them that they had a bad review on this site...which was very different from my experience of dealing with this company.
