GLENFIELD WINDOWNS LTD Leicester............... i would never again, use or recommend.
I after bartering got the pushy sales person down from £11000 as if...... to £6000 which was more than our budget but we were impressed with the windows, we choose a composit door which the company was not happy about as they have to buy in, we also had 2 x 6 part bays, 9 windows inc stained glass and french doors.
the fitting date came and their contract fitters were very plesent and friendly and got on with the job. we started to notice plastic around the glass cut untidy a chip in one of the windows which they sorted ish......
we arent very happy with the windows and the 5 point locking door is only a 3 point system. we had our stained glass re-dun as we saw lots of discrepancies but this was us calling them hounding etc.... we are at present having problems with out french doors, they are so stiff and in constant sunlight the doors wont close. they have a 10yr guarantee but we'll be lucky if they last a year!!
the company is great untill you pay in full then they are not bothered. i could talk for ages on this matter but one last thing i will say............. FENSA I dont think so!!
