Advantages: Real craftsmen, tidy installers, good job. no pushy sales

C View Windows, Teddington were who we selected after having estimates (and home visits) from @9 different double glazing firms, both national and local! We wanted to make sure we knew the going rate so were happy to see many salesmen (and always told them they were one of many and so, no, we would not be signing up that evening!)..... estimates ranged from a whopping £27,000 to £3,500.

It was tiring but at the end we knew a lot more about windows... more so than some of the fresh-out-of-training salesmen. And yes we resisted the pressure selling!

We wanted a good job and quality product that looked great, not the cheapest job (and we'd read the reviews here so were well aware there were plenty of cowboys out there happy to take the money and deliver something shoddy!)

Karl the C View salesman was great from the start, never pushy, listened and was reasonable. We visited a previous client (we randomly selected the person!) and spoke on the phone. They invited us round as they lived near the showroom and spoke highly of C View Windows, the installers and the quality.

Our own experience of C View Windows in our home was that they were great. The measuring chap was polite, friendly and flexible about the time he visited. The installers were tidy (they vaccumed up after themselves each day, really cleaned the final day, washed out the tea/coffee cups daily, and stacked things nicely) and were friendly, helpful and even painted under the windows for us and re-hung wooden blinds and shutters!

In conclusion, despite the cowboy stereotype of the double glazing firm, from our experience C View Windows were excellent, reliable and so far the product has been great
