Advantages: excellent doors

Disadvantages: pushy salesman

Finally work has been done and what a difference! Installation manager Steve Johnson gets a big thank you from me for following up on complaint and rectifying things to best of ability. The 2 chaps who arrived and carried out the work did a sterling job...no shoddiness this time. It may have taken a while to get the job done to our satisfaction but the results have been worth it in the end. Thanks guys you were great....now if you can just sort out your salesman.....

Has been requested i remove initial review. I have to say that in all fairness not a false word was written but will remove the main part as asked in fairness of the job finally being done to satisfaction as mentioned above...once again thanks to above mentioned for rectifying matters and doing job to our satisfaction. We would certainly use them again without hesitation as the doors are great.

Summary: check paperwork carefully and verify with surveyor to see you get what you ask for.

The thing is kitschkitty..we had read it all, we just didn't know that the actual measurements etc on work sheet was not made out to our requirements..will certainly be more careful in future!
You are right about the paragraphs..was just so angry it never crossed my mind.

What an awful experience and a reminder to us all to never sign anything without reading and understanding the small print.

Just a small tip - breaking this up into paragraphs would make it easier for people to read. Hope that helps!
