Advantages: price and delivery were the best and salesmans honesty was refreshing

Disadvantages: no dustsheets from fitters

I ordered 5 windows from Perfect Glazing and I can thoroughly recommend them. The fitters arrived on time and did a fantastic job and the windows were fitted without fuss. The reason I used them was not the price (although they were the cheapest) but because of the Salesmans honesty. I originally wanted a new upvc door but was informed that because I lived in a tenement building upvc doors were not suitable because of fire ratings.

I enquired to my local council and was told that NO upvc doors were acceptable and that my the information from Mr David Scott was correct.

NONE of the other companies told me this and it shows that there are still honest people in this business. I did have a window handle that went very tight after a few days but the company fixed it for me fairly quickly and with little fuss. I have since recommended them to my family and they have have completed another Two installations for is including a beautiful conservatory.

The only thing that might not be perfect was the fact that the fitters arrived without dust sheets but that was only a small thing and they were neat and tidy.

Summary: Perfect? maybe not but its as close as it gets 10/10
