The Quick Group are now out of business, thankfully. I had the misfortune of using them and after asking for a repair, my wife received a call from Martin Black, the most ignorant, ill mannered little man alive, asking if his men had gone through the house with a chain saw, then did she want him to put them up against a wall and shoot them. I then spoke to him and received the same abuse over the telephone, he then threatened to make a complaint to my then employer to make my life a misery. The end shot was he refused to do any more work, sent a letter stating he should not have used the personal approach and that he had been abused verbally. My wife had just lost a baby ( AS HE WELL KNEW ) and we did not, unfortunately take the complaint further. Well done to the people who took him to the court of session, if this shoddy cowb oy starts up in ' business ' again, everyone should stay well clear. A despicable example of a shabby company.
