Disadvantages: Expensive, no customer service and shoddy workmanship

We used Cladwinds to replace the front windows of our house and put in a bow window at the front. We had the sales guy round (who had worked for another local company and we had used him previously) and he promised us the windows would be fitted by the end of May, we paid our deposit. Didnt hear anything, had to chase to get them fitted, finally one guy came on his own to fit them, one window was the wrong way round and he didnt finish the job in one day as promised. As I work full time, I booked half a days holiday at short notice for them to come back, after waiting nearly 2 hours, I rang to be told by the director that they werent coming, he was rude and his customer service was non existent. Finally came back to fit them, had to have them back again as they managed to put a screwdriver through the top window board and thought that was acceptable. Today have been cleaning the windows and if they never had sealant I dont know how they would get on, the window board is badly cut and filled with sealant and there are several chips in the plastic. I would not recommend this company to anyone, they are not cheap either.
