We recently had the windows in our house replaced with UPC double glazing. We did a couple of on-line quotes as a guide and then invited Crystal Windows to come and give us advice and a formal quotation. We had seen the Crystal Windows signs around the area and also had spoken to a representative in the local Morrisons supermarket. Usually, having quotes for replacement kitchens, bathrooms or double glazing is very painful - we have all had reps that have out-stayed their welcome. Not so with Crystal Windows. They asked for one hour of our time and that is exactly what it took. We were shown samples, photographs, reviews from other customers and given an opportunity to ask lots of questions. The price seemed very competitive. Within a week, the surveyor called and drew up a detailed plan and then a week after that the fitters arrived. They gave a start and finish time and stuck to it. That was important to us as we both both. We are really pleased with the result. There was almost no damage internally or externally to plaster and the brickwork and the fitters cleaned up after themselves. All in all, the experience was very positive.
