I was cold-called by a SOG representative and I expressed and interest in a double-glazed front door for the added security they provide over an ordinary latch door.
The cost was over a thousand pounds for the door and the first double-glazing units supplied were cracked. The door could not be locked for three days after the initial installation making a mockery of the added security claim.
This was not resolved for 12 weeks and for the whole period the representatives of Supreme-O-Glaze were hostile and aggresive on the telephone and even now I doubt whether the 10-year warranty is worth the paper it is written on.
The whole experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth and I would not recommend these people even to my worst enemy!

The sales staff are rude, and they withold their number. What are they hiding?
Their company is all over the web like a bad rash: complaints, unsatisfied customers etc.
I live in Notting Hill. Not too many plastic windows round here, but they keep calling. The stafff sound like they're the chav product of years of malnutrition and bad genes. One more call from these idiots and I'll hack all of their sites.

- 31/08/06 I have had supreme o glaze call at my house and was informed by their salesperson that they could not give me a quote as my partner was not at home, he came back a week later (uninvited) as we were going out shopping.
Some week or so later we kept getting phone calls from different double glazing companies where supreme o glaze had put us on a database. 2 months later supreme o glaze phoned yet again and one of their senior sales persons was rather arrogant and rude to the extent that he would not take NO for an answer and then promptly slammed the phone down on me.
i think that supreme o glaze need to retrain their sales persons in customer relations and their telephone mannerism.
I PERSONALLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY OTHER PERSON ON THIS PLANET. THIS COMPANY IS ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES I'VE EVER KNOW!!!
