Senior's Windows, Kippax, West Yorkshire We had two windows and a set of patio doors installed last week by Senior's. The sales process was easily the best of all the companies that quoted, with a proper quotation, and a very competitive price. And so we were happy to sign up. Senior's didn't even ask for a deposit providing ... Read the complete review

I was cold called this morning (Sunday) by a Supreme O Glaze rep and told 'Congratulations! You've just won £1500 worth of free glazing! What products are you interested in?'
My bullshit detector went into overdrive and I hung up on them. Thought I'd look up who these people were, which brought me here. Dont let them waste your time.

I too have bought from the Quick group and would advise any potential customers to think again I had reason to complain to them and was met with a barrage of abuse the Owner Martin Black is a very rude sad individual who will not listen to reason and becomes very abusive and aggresive. In the end I employed a local joiner to complete the job. I am ... Read the complete review

Hardmans fitted our windows and front patio doors 9 months ago, we have contacted them numerous times regarding problems since fitting, they refuse to talk to us. We have tried to complain via Network Veka total waste of time - they stick together. We are not a difficult family to deal with Hardmans have basically taken our money and ... THE worst company I have ever the displeasure of dealing with. They initialy never turned up to give me an estimate for my doors. Then after we made another appointment and had an estimate they cancelled the fitting on us 5 times! AND the doors still aren't fitted correctly. One door is cracked and the other has a haping ... Don't use this company as they are an absolute shambles from start to finish. Went to their showroom in Ayr to order a back door several months ago. They took our telephone number down incorrectly (allegedly!) which was their initial excuse for not calling back but they managed to contact us when they were looking for ... Read the complete review

Phoned Anglian for a quote. Salesman came round and was far too pushy - because I am a single woman living on my own he obviously thought I would be a pushover. He quoted me a pretty high price, said I had to sign today. He eventually stormed off when I said I wanted a few days to think about it and get other quotes. Couldn't believe how rude he was.

We bought windows from THE QUICK GROUP, they were full of the usual promises to get the order. The windows were fitted in June(summertime) but come the winter and the winds, we were plaqued with draughts and whistleing noise from the windows. On consulting THE QUICK GROUP about the problems, they informed us it had nothing to do with ... Read the complete review

In a nutshell this business consists of some window fitters and a debt collection bsuiness, anything in between forget it, this business belongs in the 80's when it advertised on TV. As I sit here now our windows are 3 months overdue actually being fitted in a working order. Any attempt to even have a conversation with the company is a ... Read the complete review

I have just spent £6500 on double galzing. I had 3 quotes and went for Anglian, despite them being the most expensive, because I have had work done by them in the distant past and was happy, and wanted the new windows to match the others. The sales rep said the work would take 2 to 3 days. In the event I was invaded by 6 'fitters' and, by the ... Read the complete review

THE QUICK GROUP We got windows from THE QUICK GROUP and wish we hadn't. On complaing about a whisteling noise and draughts, we were told to take the matter up with the fitter as it had nothing to do with THE QUICK GROUP. When buying new pvcu windows and doors make sure that your visiting salesman has a sample to show so that you know what you are buying and know that you are getting TRUE value for money! The follow up to "the sale" should include for surveyor to re-measure and to see if there are any "hidden snags" regarding the install. He ... Read the complete review

We used Coral windows a few years ago and they were fantastic, so we had no hesitation in choosing them again for our hotel (58 frames to be done). The project managment was an utter disaster with Coral drastically under estimating time required and the job dragging on for months. Have recently had some double glazing installed by Hulex Glazing of Eastbourne. The job is fantastic and the price even better. The fitters were polite and tidy. I recommend them any day! Right from the first appointment through to when the job was finished, it was completely hassle free. Their website is Hulex Glazing.co.uk and all their details are there and loads of info.

Bought Everest Tilt & Turn double glazing windows for house in Isle of skye and the windows leak. Everest salesman insisted that these were a building regulations requirement which in my case was wrong (most expensive). Turns out there is a history of these windows leaking espically in NW Scotland. Everest have completely refused to replace design of windows. Excuses range from not designed for extreme environments (true) to my fault for choosing them!
