So after visiting Stafford registry office to give our notice of marriage we have travelled to Lichfield registry office which is where we actually are getting married. Now we decided to get married here because it is convenient and we had never even seen the registry office but we have now been a couple of times and it is beautiful so here is why. The Registry, keeping its name as a former registry office was converted into a pub when the registry office in Lichfield was moved to a different location. It is a nice big establishment with an "L" shape bar stretching for over 30ft, so there is plenty of room to get served when it gets busy. There are always plenty of staff on too so there is not a long wait for a drink. The registry also serves amazing food and has a wide menu to suit your needs whether your a meat eater or a vegetarian.
