Me and my husband moved into our new house a few months back and double glazing was on our 'to do' list. But we kept putting it off, mainly because we dreaded the thought of pushy salesmen coming round, and being made to feel under pressure in our own home. This had happened to us before!

So, we did some research and after reading customer experiences of MWF on sites like this, decided to give them a try. From the start, we weren't disappointed. Danny came round one night, stayed for about half an hour and gave us a quote. We didn't sign up right away because we wanted time to think it through and that was fine. When we did decide to proceed, everything went smoothly. There was the odd hitch here and there, but we were always kept well informed at every stage and any issues we had were dealt with promptly.

We now have some great looking windows and a bit more faith that there are good companies out there if you look hard enough. Which is also why we thought we should do our bit to help other concerned customers by sharing our good experience of MWF on this site!
