I instructed this printing company called Belloprint in Pazardzhik Bulgaria belloprint.com to design and print my menus and roadside advertising. We spoke the day before and they told us to prepare all the meals on the menu and the next day they would come to the restaurant between 1pm and 2 pm to take the photos. At 1:45 after cooking all morning I was getting a bit worried so I called Lubcho the owner of Belloprint to ask where he was.... No answer to his mobile phone... I called the office and they told me he was too busy and was not coming out. This is a company to stay well away from as they have no morals or conscience. I would have gone to his new office and thrown all the food on his desk but I think this is a better way of dealing with them. belloprint.com 0-10 for customer service
