Disadvantages: Acorn in Norwich - Don't turn up at agreed times, don't call back as promised, seem overpriced

We needed a plumber to change all the thermostats on the radiators in the house (unfortunately I'm no good in DIY...). Called Acorn Heating services in Norwich, and they attended within 2 hours to look at the problem/ give estimate and then made an appointment to do the job in aprox. 2 weeks. Took a day off work and waited, but nobody turned up... Rang them - mobile, on the road, will ring back in a few minutes (obviously had completely forgotten about me!)... Nothing! Rang again - sorry, called to emergency, will call back...Again nothing!... Tried ringing again - voicemail, message left, but no callback... Rang again next day - so sorry, must have been member of staff, shouldn't have happened blabla, new appointment next week... and guess what happened?! Nobody turned up... so rang again - will be there in 30mins, 1hour later - sorry, emergency, will call back in 10mins, never heard anything since and unable to contact, not answering voicemail...
Conclusion: Lots of nice words (if you manage to get them on the phone), but no action! AVOID!!!
Looking at the estimates now, they wouldn't exactly have been value for money either!

Summary: AVOID ACORN Heating Services in Norwich! 1 star still one too many...
