PREMIER PLUMBING & DRAINAGE? If you need a plumber in London, for your own safety NEVER CALL them, avoid calling 0800 085 8517 at all costs. I called them to clear a blocked pipe, the plumber said he would do his best to clear the blockage within one hour, but it added that it seemed to him a very long and time consuming job (read: the more I stay at your property, the more you pay me). He then was called for a personal emergency, and the work was done in half an hour, although I was charged the whole hour anyway. The result, though, it that the pipe was cleared from the blockage, but leaking! They promised to send someone to fix the leakage the next day, but newer showed up. After 5 phone calls to them, the manager intimated me to go back to my country. I have never been so let down and humiliated. Do not call them if you don't want to be insulted, especially if you are a foreigner.

Summary: Totally unsatisfactory service, rude, threatening, racist
