I would advise avoiding these people like the plague. We have had numerous problems in our new build house and someone from Haydon was sent out as an 'independant 3rd party' to check our LPG boiler. He missed numerous problems with the system including a leak from the boiler, the flow and return pipes being plumbed in the wrong way round such that hot water flows into our expansion tank in the loft and our upstairs radiators continually fill up with air. When I tried to contact Haydon things went from bad to worse. The woman who answers the phone is the rudest I have ever come across and simply refuses to let us get in touch with the plumber involved. At one point I asked her whether he would be able to call back in days, weeks or months and she abruptly said that she couldn't guarantee he would phone back in months! We have been left to find another plumber to sort out the mess Haydon was supposed to sort out and identify.
