They did the same job 3 times in 2 years and now they are here to do it again! The problem is never fixed and the 3rd time it was an insurance claim of £17K. They ripped up my bathroom twice and the last time they also did work on the flat above and beneath.
Guess what? The exact same problem has reoccurred! I am expected to take more time off work to allow them to do it all again! When you question the owner, Jeff is his name, then he is rude and abusive and just hangs up on you.
They also installed and did work on the boiler a couple of times. They replaced the timer for the central heating and it is still not working. They installed the boiler 3 years ago and they have been telling the landlord for the past year that it needs replacing.
Stay well clear of J&P Plumbers as they are cowboys!
