In October 2010 we enlisted Ace Time plumbers to install a completely new water and central heating system. Up until September 2011 the system STILL doesn't work. In this time we have had an on-going dispute with Ace Time Plumbers who refused to fulfil the contract we paid them £2k to carry out. This resulted in us going through last winter (the coldest on record for many years!) with NO heating and tepid water.

On numerous occasions (approximately 20), engineers who were booked and confirmed to come and fix the problem, never showed up causing my partner and I being forced to needlessly take time off work as annual leave.

Ace Time came up with every excuse under the sun to try pacify us when we were repeatedly let down by no-one showing up - we heard everything from childbirth to bereavement to car accidents to burst pipes to flooding in the head office. The bottom line was that they were too incompetent to fix the problem and are too cowardly and despicable to do anything about it.
Last week we paid a new plumbing service (Maintracks) to fix the problem. Ironically, Maintracks carried out the work in under an hour. We will be taking legal proceedings against Ace Time Plumbers.
Don't make the same mistake we did - never use this company.
