Dwyer Plumbing is not what is used to be. They do good work but they overcharge a lot. Don't use them unless you have money to throw away.

React Fast - are missnamed! Essentially didn't come out at the time they said they would (late 3 hours), didn't call beforehand as promised to let me know ETA, and then when the job was not resolved (the problem reoccurred later that day), tried to charge a further visit fee. The complaints service is an answering machine message that prompted no call back. On that basis, I would stay clear.

I would never use leakbusters.net again after the problems we've had installing a new and working boiler. Dyno-Rod - Stay Away

Its very surprising that Bristh Gas associate themsleves with these cowboys. Before job started they quoted my wife a fixed price to complete a job which would take less then an hour. I purchased water pump which they installed, only to tell me after instaling it that it was a second hand pump and wasn't guarnteed. Why the plumber didn't mention this before starting job is beyond me. Secondly, he completed the job within the hour which he mentions on job sheet, and then took 20mins to do some paperwork! He therefore insisted on charging me for and hour and a half! Not only did I get ripped off, but I also now have to pay for another plumber to replace this faulty pump with another one. Beware!

The Gas Installers Limited Kent - 01227 206492 - My boiler i was told could not be repaired as the parts where no longer avaliable, i called the above company for a quote for a new boiler to compair to the £2800 issued by the other company, upon arrival for the quote the man, asked why we where replacing the boiler as it was working and all i didn't have was hot water, he then asked if he could have a quick look, went to get his tools, come back after testing with a meter thingy, said to me oh you need a new Thermister, i may have one in the van be about £75 + vat IF it works... came back fitted it still working 6 months later saved me a fortune would highly recommend!! At last a very good plumbing company!!!!!

Aspect Maintenance - Rips you Off Stay away!!

I have just finished reading another review on you site from Alison about this company. I just so wished I had read before I called these people.
I have an overflow which is leaking and got an engineer to come and check. They charged me 230 pounds for about 2 hours work. The problem re-ocurred two hours after the engineer had left. When I called them they said that they would have to charge me again for the engineer to come as the problem was not related to the initial call. An absolute lie!
They obviously do not do their job properly so that you will have to pay for them to come back and finally fix it.
STAY AWAY!!!!

They stuck to their word of a guaranteed time and date, didn't even get annoyed when I was late meeting them.

Commissioned to fit a new boiler. Consistently failed to attend promised installation dates. Later independent quotes show new boiler supplied and work quoted are not valid with bldng regs. Work quoted proved totally wrong to what was needed with wrong boiler simply dumped in house. Subsequent surveys also showed parts of the old boiler were removed preventing later evaluation whether it could actually have been repaired as well as evidence of further parts taken away from the new boiler.

I would strongly advise that nobody uses this company. They lied about the work they undertook, tried to charge for parts which weren't fitted and bought second hand parts to my house to be fitted which has "somehow" made it into their stock. Not to metioned wasted my holiday time. After clearing the whole thing up with their MD I receive numerous reminders which I phone up about and try to resolve but never hear anything back having left messages with oiks who don't know anything. Then 4 months later I recieve a threat of legal action because of an outstanding bill. Luckily for them the MD failed to put anything in writing so I haven't got a leg to stand on and had no choice but to pay for the so called "outstanding invoice". AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Fantastic service and after sales. We had a new bolier fitted by them in July. The programmer recently went wrong and even though it is outside warranty by a month or so they have replaced it free of charge.

I got A1 Grafters to come over on saturday after everyone else i called did not reply to my messages. I had a burst pipe under my sink and I was out of my head with worry.We called Dougie from A1 Grafters and he turned up within 30 mins of my call, was brilliant and very good at his job. Cheltenham Heating [ www.cheltenhamheating.com ] are utter rubbish, made an appointment with them more than once and never turned up, wasted what valuable time off work i get.

Aspect Maintenance charge by the hour. Aspect Maintenance charge a whole hour even if they've only worked part of the hour (i.e. if they worked for 2hrs and 2 minutes, you would pay for 3 hours). Avoid, avoid, avoid DME Plumbing of Bexleyheath! The owner, Dan Eisey, installed an Ariston boiler for £1700 and claimed he flushed the system before installation, as per the manufacturer's instructions.
