I had a response from them after an online sales query for windows. They insisted myself and my partner were present, reason being its to avoid any possible claims of harrassment. The truth is, it's to avoid you using the excuse 'I need to run it past my partner first' before I make decision. You see they first offer a knock-down price, then if you hesitate they re-assess their figure and offer a better price. Often they will have to run it past their boss by phone in front of you for effect. This is a pressure sale don't submit. They will tell you it is only on offer now and once they leave the offer no longer stands. This is not true. If you push them for it later they will agree to you. Let them leave - do not make a decision on the spot. Be warned and understand their selling method.

Some good advice here, Safestyle tried to con my mum (who's disabled) into buying their cr*p windows and we very nearly had to take them to court to get them to release her from the contract.
