OK Product but BAD Customer Support (Safestyle UK)

I ordered 3 windows from safestyle and had them fitted back in December 2005. i thought all was going well because they turned up when they said. Then i noticed that when they were putting the glass in the units it did not have georgian bar fitted as i had asked. When i mentioned this to the fitters they said they thought it was strange because the rest of the house had it. They told me to contact customer services and they would sort it out. After the fitters had gone, my wife arrived home and later noticed 2 small chips in the en-suite wash basin which must have been damaged by the fitters. The next day i phoned customer services about the plain glass and the damage. They told me that i had ordered plain glass and it was written on the contract so there was nothing that they could do, but i could pay for some new ones to fitted and for the damaged basin said that i would have to write to them. I remember asking for georgian bar and the salesman measured up for it, but looking closly on the original order form it has n/a against georgian fret, which means not needed. Therefore the Saleman has either forgot to put it down or decided i did not need it. So i now have a house that looks very odd because 3 sides have georgian bar and 1 without. I wrote a letter to safestyle and 4 weeks went by and heard nothing, so i wrote another and this time i got a letter back saying because i did not order the georgian fret i cannot get it replaced and also said they could not not queery this with the salesman as he was on holiday. As regards to the damaged wash basin they told me that someone would be in touch by telephone to arrange an inspection. As you can guess there has been no phonecall regarding the damaged basin but they have phoned since to ask if one of their sales managers can come and give me a dicounted quote for the rest of the house. Do they really think that i am going to purchase the rest of my windows and doors from them.
Also i decided to take out buy now pay next year because this way was cheaper as it was explained. you get a discount from them if you do this. but what they fail to say (although written in small print) is that there is £75 acceptance fee with the finance company. which means i had to pay £75 pound more than i expected because i did not see this untill the payment went out of my bank.
if you take any type of credit with them be careful and get them them to write everything down and sign it so you have proof of what was explained to you.

Summary: Do Not use Safestle. there are plenty of other companies out there that will give you better service
