Well folks ive been down the double glazing line before and have always been utterly dissapointed with the result. So often the fitters dont turn up and I remember quite clearly on one occassion the salesman was around from 10am to 3pm. In the end I had to phone the company concerned to get rid of him!! Ive had windows that dont fit and ive had no windows at all! Ive had windows of the wrong colour and size and ive even had a door instead of a window. Enter safestyle.

What first attracted me to safestyle was the adverts which promised good products at cheap prices. Mmm I thought lets try. I asked a few freinds for advice and when I mentioned safestyle it was like a plague had hit the room. Foaming of the mouth included. Still I went with my gut and booked for a safe style salesman to come along, and he was on the button to the second. After a breif greeting he took out two windows from his case and explained that with safestyle you have two types, one is a good standars window and the other is their premium range. I explained that standard would be fine as I was on a budget. No argument, he just got on with it. He measured up and quoted. I nearly fell off my chair at a price which was completely within my medium sized budget. I then mentioned that I wanted the windows in wood effect and was amazed at how small the increase in price was. Now let me tell you people having a window in white is one thing but a lot of companies can add 50 percent more on for wood effect, safestyle certainly didnt. I was very happy and signed up. The salesman then called his boss who was put onto me and I was asked if I was happy with everything. I was and then I was given a date their and then for the surveyor.

The surveyor turned up to the minute. He was polite and quick. After a few minor alterations to the original plan (to allow for fire escape regs) he had done the plan and phoned his boss. Again I was asked if everything was okay - what service! and a date for installing the windows came.

The installers turned up and on time. They did a fantastic job. The windows look first class and Im very very pleased. Now for the good bit.

I decided to have another window done and out came the same salesman as the first. I went withe the same basic type and the surveyor turned up. As the surveyor was talking I mentioned how well I thought everything had gone and expressed to him my sadness that I couldnt havethe premium range. "Didnt I tell you" he said, "we had a offer on at the time and your windows ARE the premium range." I nearly fainted. "Whats more," he said, "this window will also be under the same offer." So all in all folks I am delighted and from my experience would endorse this lot. Amen

Summary: Fantastin quick and speedy service. Well presented. Good product.

Trust me the supposedly cheaper window is oddly described as the premium range. The window you got which is the only casement window they sell other than a tilt and turn window is called the deluxe casement or the diamond range depending on the preffered name the rep uses.
